Once again they were there for me. I was in town and I started getting error codes about brakes and so forth, and I just drove into the dealership and said I don’t know what to do. They took over, the service department was awesome. The person that does warranties and so forth found the warranty that applied in my truck is six years old so I was amazed they fixed it in short order with a minimal cost and once again vehicles come and vehicles go, but a dealership that has your back is worth gold. Thank you service staff and thank you David who is always my go to.

I bought a new let and was charged $197 to program it. That’s 1 hour work which I was told would take an hour to program. Two years I bought the same key at Trap Chevrolet. They told me how to program it and on 5 minutes I had it programmed. Very disappointed in Golden Motors. They in fact lied to me and not to mention the ridiculous price I was charged. This will make a big difference in dealing with them in the future.

I brought it in because of a misfire problem and I told them that. A week later, after they fixed other stuff unrelated, they called to tell me they found a leaking injector and had to order some. i first had my truck serviced there oct 27th . got my truck back oct 31. once i get it back a few days later it tells me no brake fluid. now they just changed brakes rioters calibers flushed the brakes and other things paid almost $4000. so they said they would come get truck and check it out on nov 7th i get it back on nov 10th come home and now my brakes are squeaking i have not called back up there yet i dont know if i trust them to take care of my stuff . i live in grand isle and it is almost a hour drive i work days and it is hard to get up there i am not happy i have had to many wells this and that from you all. i never did get my second key for my truck they said was there not sure were it was when i bought the truck that they would find it and get it to me . i have sent my son there 2 time to buy and a grandson not sure with there service if i will come back or just go to houma .now but now i am scared to drive far with the brakes

i called 1 week before bringing in my truck told them that i needed done and they told us the price no problem set the appointment called back to add another thing to be done got that price also let them know i would need a loaner all set. morning of the appointment all set Ashley said she would call me after it was all looked at and let me know what needed to be done after I TOLD HER WHAT I WANTED DONE. ok i left she calls me says i sent you a text with everything and you did not reply so i am calling so we can move forward. i said i did not get it well after looking she sent it to my husband's phone not mine. i looked it over told her go ahead with it they were the things i had already told her to do any ways. then she says well it will be 3 days for the parts to come in for one and 2 days for the other hold up i told you a week ago what i was bring my truck on for and i wanted changed i did not care about the price just to do it and you don't have the parts in why did you not order them when i told you i wanted it done i cannot afford to keep the loaner to long it was not in my budget to keep it long. they did find a belt they said needed to be replaced to fine do that also she said she would see if they can get the parts faster and let me know next day she calls says they can get the parts sooner over night and some other stuff . i gave them a couple of days to get this done and called her back on Thursday she said part were not there yet i said what do you mean you said that they would n=be in the next day not that was on Tuesday well truck has not come today let me see if they are on the for today and i will let you know i had to call her back yes they came in today and we will try and get the truck done for you tomorrow. i reminded her i was not liking keeping the loaner to long and if truck is not done on friday and i have to keep loaner over the weekend do to you not having things in stock extra time for parts to come in after i already let you know i wanted the partd changed no matter what it is my truck i am paying for you to change what i have told you i want changed you should have already ordered them in am i still going to have to pay for the loaner if you are closed and can not do the work that is not my fault . then on friday i called at noon to check on the truck because i would have to have some one come in to my work to cover my shift to leave to get my truck if it was done , i get put on hold and then while i am on hold sent to voice mail. i did leave a message to call me back . no call back so i recalled to get told the part is suppose to be on the truck and if it is the tec said he will do his best to have it done and while i was sitting there the calibers froze up an d needed to be replaced now i asked how that happen when it drove there just fine and there was no problem with them when they checked all out on Monday and why is the part that was to be there on Thursday still not there on Friday. now i am not happy she said i will have to talk to Teck to find out and call you back again she never called back. i call back again around 2 oh yes part came in and he said he will do his best to have it done really. ok so like i said before i had to arrange someone to cover my shift to leave my work . now i live 45 minutes away so to make it up there in time i would have to leave work around 4 to be there by 5 i call her back at 3 and she said they will have it ready with in the hour . they did take a little off on the loaner but that was way to much head ace and lies and not doing what customer wants when the customer is telling you before you even look at it that this is what i need done do as the customer wants and why would they have to order belts in and shocks straight's break items those are normal thing that need to be changed on cars and trucks care them in stock really. Oh also remember i took my truck in on a Monday appointment time was 854 am and on Tuesday morning i get a call from there asking me how ever thing was going i said fine they then said we are just calling to see if you need any service on your truck um my truck is already there being worked on really . that show no one talks to each other there or put stuff in system for others to see i am not happy with this place but due to where i live and needs it is the closet place to go. and they never showed me my old parts or offered me to see them that did not make me happy .
